- College at Carnegie Mellon in Pittsburgh
- Lived in NYC for a bit. Currently live in Rochester. Business is in Buffalo
- 2010 - Got a consulting job out of college; quickly realized it would not be a solid long term career
- 2011 started investing part-time with a friend/ business partner (He was/ is a carpenter)

- Flipped a few houses one at a time
- Got into rentals through a couple "House hacks"
- 2014 Went full time with the business
- 2015 Started Income Digs - Share my knowledge/ expertise on defining & building business processes and systems

- Venture is on my own
- A lot of Podio, but branching out
- 2016-2017 - started high-end home remodeling business

- Still do some flips/ value-add rentals
