Gary is 26 years old, he went to College for Business Management and Marketing in CT. He then decided to move to Vegas 2 and 1/2 Years Ago. Gary purchased a 7-Bed House Hack. Left the W-2 world in March 2018 with the House Hack Cash Flow. Completed 25+ wholesale/fix and flip transactions in Las Vegas the past 18 months. Now building my long-term rental portfolio in Columbus OH. Currently owns 16 units and a small commercial property under contract. His goal is to build his portfolio to 100 units within the next 2 years and start raising money for larger apartment buildings. Growing and scaling from there.
