Logan Hand AKA “The mogul in the making” is a 25 year old full
time real estate investor, opportunist, and entrepreneur that
focuses mainly on multi-family assets and growing his portfolio of
income generating assets.
He started investing at in 2015 at the age of 23 with only a
few grand and a desire to be a great Real Estate investor. He first
got his feet wet as an investor by wholesaling single family homes,
and has since then done over 50 wholesale deals in just 2 years
time. However the flip side of that made him realize very quickly
that although Wholesaling was a great way to generate capital, it
was also a means to an end, and not a way to generate massive and
lasting wealth.
