Ruben started raising capital for Multifamily right after the real estate crash of 08. He raised 650K and purchased 4 small Multifamily deals using 100% joint venture capital. After splitting up with his partner he explored multiple costal states in Mexico and met his wife. In 2019 after a long absence he forged back into real estate investing by joining Bakerson, a Multifamily syndication company that has purchased 17 apartment complexes in AZ for about 850 units total. He has degrees from Arizona State University in Chemistry and Spanish.
